Days.

In connection with the Health Commis- sion meetings, which under the patronage of the Government, are being helt! of the Straits Settlements, we have been asked to make public the full programme of gatherings to be addressed by Dr. Rapert Hallam and Mrs. Neville Rolle, O.B.E., members of the N.C.C.V.D. Com- mission, despatched to the Eastern ports by the Colonial Office. It will be noticed that there are meetings open to the English- speaking community on four days of the five during which the series lasts.
